The older lady i spoke with was not welcoming. They made me feel like i have to hurry and pick the replacement because they are not going to earn money from me. She greeted the new customer happily while she saw me struggle looking for a replacement. Also they didnt know i was parked in front of the store and could hear them talking about me. Not my fault the spray is broken. Unprofessional

I entered the Pittsburgh Waterfront store and a man working there was standing toward the front of the store. He did not greet me. After looking for a minute for the product I was there to purchase, I asked this same man if he could help me locate it. His response was dismissive and rude. He said the product was discontinued and offered nothing else. I asked if there was something similar he could recommend and he flatly said “no”. Customer service fail.
After leaving the store I called 2 other locations- 1 in Monroeville and 1 at the Waterworks shopping center. BOTH locations said they had the product in stock!
I am extremely Disappointed, and that is me trying to be nice.

I recommend going to a different location.

I'm so disappointed now with this store. I've been a customer since 4 years ago. And now I feel like I don't want to shop here ever again. The guy is working at that store is the worst employer ever!!! He stays away when I ask a question or about a lotion. like I'm sick or I stink. .. this is awkward! And for me this is very disrespectful, and I'm not gonna go back ever again to this store at waterfront. He is very rude and should not treat like ignoring the costumers like this. I'm not gonna spend my money at this store ever again. I'll go to another. Very disappointed about all the people who work for b&bw. Rude and mean!! Manager should hire happy people and not mad people. Don't lose your time at this store. 👎

On this Day August 23rd of 2024. Myself and my child was out at this store browsing and finding items of the sale of this week. When we found everything we reach the counter to purchase by gift card! ALSO cash! When I found out the gift card wasn’t valid with funds. Cashier than look down on me with a following “I’m so sorry Guys” which made me feel uncomfortable that she assumed that the items were not going to be purchased! I spoke on it and told her no need to be sorry things happen I’m not sure why as if it is invalid but I do know in the past I was gifted these gift cards but perhaps this one could be a card that my young child picked up and that’s that! I would like to move to the cashier and purchase the via items and the Manager on duty progressed the situation out of portion by stating on her behalf which he isn’t her and yet wasn’t me who endure the fake impression! He than refuse our purchase and lied as if I was a threat and than oppose and disrespect me and my children and said I will call security and the police and the police officer that came said there was nothing to be done! And absolutely pressure and agitated me and was harassing me with unkind words with exploring from myself not doing any wrongdoings, but threatening that he can make a way to banned me from the retail shopping plaza that I grew up going for over 20 years plus! I am very disgusted about this encounter as a mother I am very uncomfortable to ever shop at this location ever again! I have videos and proof of everything I word it.

I came in there looking for a worker who I hope to know where this perfume that I thought they had in the store the lady already said no we discontinued the perfume I showed her.so I asked her what’s knew blah blah and I’m looking around in the store smelling perfumes because I haven’t been here in a while this ⚪️men who worked in the store came and stood at the entrance and was not there when I came in and as I was turning around he was looking at me the whole time I was smelling perfumes didn’t speak to me just looking at me in the same spot ⬇️

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The white male salesman with glasses is extremely rude! He needs to be fired ASAP. I took a trip here with a friend on Sunday February 2nd 2025. My friend kindly opened the door for me and we both smiled while walking in the door and we expected to be greeted with kindness as well but this was unfortunately not the case. This male sales associate does not say hello or anything polite but immediately proceeds to say to my friend “The door is broken! Don’t you see the sign on the door that says the door is broken? It’s broken and It doesn’t close. Can you please close it?” We both were so shocked at the level of rudeness that all we both could say was “okay”. The female sales associate was SO KIND and said “it’s okay I’ll close it for you all”. As we walk away I hear him say under his breath to the female sales associate “what? At least I tried”. My friend and I stayed in the store for barely 5 minutes. We did not want to purchase ANYTHING from a store that this man worked at. The other two women in the store were very kind! I am going to be escalating this matter to corporate because I see other reviews saying that this same man has been rude to others at this same store. Kindness Is Free! Such a bad experience and I hate to write a bad review because I love my city! But this guy MUST be fired from his position.

I made an online order for pick up. I walked into this place and was shocked at how absolutely beautiful it is. If you are a Scrooge like me this place will put you in a holiday mood. Everyone is so pleasant and upbeat. An all-around great experience! You are better off shopping through the app because there are some great deals to be had and you can earn perks. I got a bag full of stuff for a friend and it was very reasonably priced with the discounts. Worth a trip at least once. It’s fun to shop via their site online too.

Great atmosphere and very friendly. Very easy to sample everything in the store. Nice setup with sample stations at every location. I will definitely return. It's too bad that they were out of my scent. I wish that they had a setup where you could make your own scent so that you can put together something when they were out of what you wanted.

Went into the store with a list of soaps from my mom. Melanie was incredibly helpful! She helped me find everything on my list and I was able to fill my basket quickly. And at the register, the girl (I think her name was Sarah) who helped me check out was very patient with me as I used the last couple of dollars on several gift cards. All in all, it was excellent customer service and I will definitely be recommending this location!

Great location, super clean and wonderful customer service! Was greeted right away by a man with glasses who was super knowledgeable about the different fragrances and was spot on with his recommendations! Ended up spending way more than I planned to😂
