I have been mowing grass for half my life now. I started in 1991 when I was 26 years old and I just turned 60 this year OMG. I have always done business here and I will continue to do business here without any hesitation. The people at this location are amazing. If you or anyone you know needs residential or commercial equipment I highly recommend you to talk to Joel Gonzales who I have known for many years. Gatlin provided one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. From the first time meeting him, he was very prompt and polite. Used them a year or two ago when they were Lands Down Moody and had no issues. Recently took residential mower in and told them to adjust the drive cable, change the oil and sharpen the blades. Was told it would take 1-2 days. 6 days later I finally got an estimate. $85 to diagnosis what I already told them needed to be done. Another $170 in labor for a 15 minute job. And, they don't apply the diagnosis fee to the labor costs if work is done. Picked the mower up and just did it myself. Ridiculous.
