Do not waste your time! Owner(Anshu) is the definition of incompetence. It took 4 months and countless emails , texts and a forced phone call to get it delivered “Next day” ! Plus they were out of one of the items when it finally showed up after several prompts a week later. Meat was overpriced and the the lack of customer service was beyond bad!! 4MONTHS

This was my third order and will for sure be my last. My first orders were less exotic and were fulfilled well. My last order was place in the summer. After a few months, I called demanding a refund. The owner agreed- with a 20% restocking fee for products they didn't even have. They never did refund anything. They reached out to me early this month (Dec) asking if I still wanted what I purchased. They finally shipped in mid Dec.

My bank was no help, as I purchased everything with my debit card.

I will not ever do business here again.

Stay away (and also read the other reviews of similar experience). I placed an order in September. The owner reached out asking whether it was okay if he shipped early October, which was fine with me. In November I realized that I had never received my order (but had been charged back in September already), so reached out and was told my order would ship early December. From the on it was a regular back and forth where I was promised several specific shipping dates (Dec 9, Dec 16th). On the 17th the owner told me "maybe tomorrow", which was when I cancelled my order (I needed it by the 18th). I was never given any reasons why, never heard any apology, nothing. I'm giving one star (instead of 0) for the owner refunding me my $300+ payment within minutes of cancelling my order.

I guess my text for the photo didn’t transfer in the review. I drove to this address, and this is what I found “Mastiff Auto Sales”. Also, the owner took a YEAR to reply to this to see why I’m not happy with this place. Ummm... what?! It’s been a year. Don’t bother me...

I never received my first order, so I called multiple times about it. I was given three separate excuses, then I finally asked for a refund. That took a while, and initially the owner tried to tell me that my debit transaction on my bank statement was his refund. had to argue that and then they finally sent our money back. Decided to try another order about a year later, called to see if the item was in stock. He said he could ship it out today for me to receive tomorrow, and I said I was just going to grab my bank card off the table. He began yelling at me about wasting his time and told me to never call back, then hung up the phone. I called him back to explain. I was simply reaching for my bank card on the table where I was sitting and was going to pay him. He then told me he gave me permission to still order And started ranting about wives that have to check with their husbands before making purchases, and people getting bank cards. Sorry, but if you’re going to yell at me for getting my payment method so I can give you money, I’ll never buy from you again. Avoid this business - it’s not worth it.
