Do not get a load for this place. They are always backed up. They are not for 53” trailers. Will easily take 5 hrs and you will have to park outside which is a No parking all along the street and Bell Police very conveniently come in and start handing out tickets. You can’t park inside and you can’t park outside anywhere and they will give you a door after 2 hrs from ur appointment time so you have to keep moving through the city. When you get a door its a Swat Team job to back into those very very tight docks. Its Horrible.

Cannot park on road, city wants you to drive around all night. Nope. We will pay $232 ticket to sleep on the road in the truck.

Office management was very nice, but here’s why they only get one star: When I pulled up, I parked in the street. Receiving guy with the canopy in the lot points me to the shipping office and tells me to just pull my semi truck in the lot. I proceed to do that and had some issues with pickup numbers. After about 15 minutes, the same receiving guy that told me to pull in tells me that I’m not allowed to park there and I need to move onto the street. I proceed to tell him, “Next time don’t tell me to pull into the lot and then later tell me that I have to move onto the street.” He replies “Hopefully there won’t be a next time” and then tells his managers that I was being rude.

Good job to the receiving guy making me look bad to his managers in order to save his own behind. That’s victim mentality at it’s finest.

Next time just admit when you make a mistake. There’s a reason this place had only 3.5 stars at the time of writing this. Hire better employees.

If I can give them zero stars I would , very unprofessional, told me they can’t accept my load , waited for 6 hours to talk to someone and they basically said they can’t take my load not for 53foot trailers very horrible experience

If you’re driving a 53 ft trailer/container be aware that this place TIGHT and you will struggle. This yard is clearly for box trucks or 40ft trl .
