New owner who actually gives AF what it looks like and how things run. Cleaner than its been in yrs. Dryers work well, washers are cleaner than theyve been, mold on washer doors is gone. Its nice to have an owner who takes care of it.

I’ve never left a review before in my life, but this place is so absolutely terrible that I feel the need to A) warn others to bring their business literally anywhere else. B) hopefully let the owners of the business know that they need to make some SERIOUS improvements or sell their business to someone who actually cares. When I first moved here a few months ago this place didn’t seem to bad. I was sorely mistaken and regret coming from day 1. List of problems I’ve encountered are: machines eating quarters constantly, burning clothes or machines won’t heat up, timers inaccurate, doors open during cycles, clothes getting caught in door and being stained black all over, clothes smelling bad, lint filters never clean (thus laundry covered in lint), quarter machine usually out of order, detergent machine usually out of order. Today was my last day doing business with them due to clothes still being wet in a half loaded machine with 48 minutes on high in their dryer. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

If I could give it less than 1star I would have. It used to be nice and clean and well kept but the last time I was there it was filthy and the dryer ruined my clothes. I could not find anyone there. I called the number on the wall and fallowing with email and photos I got no satisfaction at all! I would not recommend it!

It is 9:06 PM on a Wednesday, last wash is supposed to be at 8pm (posted inside) they’re supposed to close at 10 PM (according to Google) and as I was walking up to the door as it locked. This place is really irritating!!! Every time I come here to wash my clothes the washers smell absolutely disgusting which of course makes my clothes smell absolutely disgusting. it’s like nobody ever goes in there and cleans. I mean if you need somebody to do it, I’ll gladly be the employee that does it. I have to leave for work at 6 AM and of course all of my work clothes are in the dryer just sitting in there now. Thanks River view Laundry.
