Had a code thrown under warranty with my C238 skid steer. Also had a cutter gearbox that was shattered. They fixed the cutter perfectly. As for the code, they couldn’t make it throw the code for them so they patched things up and gave it back to us (70 miles away). It threw the code again, along with two additional codes - all fuel system related - all under warranty. We had agreed to them coming to our farm to repair if it failed again. When we called for that service, they were willing….FOR AN HOURLY FEE! That right there is what’s wrong with our world today. It’s warranty - they know it’s warranty - and still want to hammer the customer for whatever they can squeeze out. I’ll let another dealership take care of it, now - and will no longer use this dealership. That’s poor customer service, and I won’t tolerate it.

I sent a message to them about a New Holland tractor and asked how to solve a problem. Even though the tractor was not purchased from them they worked with me for 3 days by text and phone until the problem was solved. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly they were. Highly recommend them.

Great experience there helping a friend shop for a mower. Michael was very knowledgeable about the machine and answered all of our questions. Our friend ended up buying from them because of their price and service and the quality of the mower he was looking at.

This is the most unreliable and irresponsible business I have ever dealt with. First my just over one year old tractor has to be brought in for a warranty issue. That was May 21st. Took four months of calling to get a loaner tracker. Then it took a week to get it delivered after many daily calls. Then it is now the end of November almost 7 months later … I have to call the owner David Meadows to get any update as all we get is the same run around. Then we get a call yesterday that the tractor will be delivered first thing this morning. Had to call back at 3 to find out where the tractor is. Was told it is on its way. Now we are at 6:15pm. Wasted the whole day waiting on these irresponsible people. And still no tractor!!!

Worst Customer Service ever!!! Will never use them again for anything!! Will not recommend and will be giving them horrible Google ratings!!!

A company is only as good as it’s word. Texarkana New Holland’s word is mud!

Bought a Bad Boy ZT Elite. A friend of mine got a way better price on the same thing two days earlier. They said they goofed on his and couldn't give me the same price. I ordered the ROPS on July 8 and it didn't come in until August 26. I told them I changed my mind on the ROPS and asked for a refund or exchange and they said no. Maybe this is all on me, but I dont think I'll be buying anything else from them.

Although they have a service center they spend all of their time trying to sell you a new tractor so you still end up getting service elsewhere.(I'm not even sure they do repairs‍♀️)
