I've used Kolff for years to buy yew hedging and topiary. The service is always quick and the pricing transparent as delivery and packaging is included. When we have had issues, they are resolved quickly and we've been credited. The yew stock is always top quality.

First couple of times quality was excellent
Then it was anything does
Never go refund or replacements
They couldn’t even get the colours of roses correctly distributed
So dear only knows what varieties they are selling
I bought roses from this company they tried to bill me for double the quantity I received
I stood my position and sent them the varieties & quantity or two or three occasions before they admitted I was correct
Trying to accuse me of not paying for the quantity I received

Meine Bestellung über Heckenpflanzendirekt.de: was für eine Enttäuschung. Ein wirklich katastrophaler Kundenservice. Meine Bestellung von Kirschlorbeer wurde aufgrund mangelnder Bestände nachträglich nach telefonischer Abstimmung mit einem Mitarbeiter von Kolff (Herr Erik van Bergen) verändert. Allerdings wurden dann viel kleinere Pflanzen geliefert, was nicht abgesprochen war. Anstelle von 200 Pflanzen benötigte ich also 300 Pflanzen, um eine dichte Hecke zu erhalten. Nach umgehender Reklamation wurde eine Lösung "versprochen", die trotz vielfachen Nachhakens bis heute nicht erfolgt ist. Bei einer Bestellung im Wert von knapp 4.000 € hätte ich mehr Service erwartet.

Ich kann nur abraten dort zu bestellen!
