They will sell you equipment, no problem, it's the service after the sales that sucks. For a corporation, it's weird you get better treatment in Mount Pleasant. They can't even answer the phones here. (Except sales, of course)

Horrible place to get service done I bought a mower from them that was under warranty and it quit working took it up there only for them to say it wasn't covered under warranty and try to charge me $900 to fix it and when I said no I can't afford it they still charged me $300 labor for taking off a wiring harness. I will NEVER go back there for NOTHING

The manager Mike reached out and apologized and also refunded the $300 labor charge. As for my mower my husband spliced the bad wiring harness bad together and had our mower completely put back together and running in 15mins after getting it home. I still give the shop guy Daniel ⭐ 1 star bc he is NOT NICE/HORRIBLE customer service. But I give the business manager Mike ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars bc he tried his best to make it right for us afterwards.
