Tim and his crew did an amazing job. For a long time I tried to clear my land myself and even hired another company that made a mess, a horrible job, but finally I found this group of honest hard working kind people that knows their job and do it professionally on a timely matter with a fair price. They worked with me and my bad english so patiently and now I can look at it as a home and not just a piece of land. Thank you so much guys!!!!

Where to start?
Time is always a factor when executing any project, especially when Mother Nature refuses to give you break. We needed a pad built up on our property approximately 45’X100’ along with an old recessed foundation that needed much remediation before it could be removed. The weather forced us to reschedule several times.
We had a small break in the rain, our property has good drainage, however the soil was soft and a challenge all of its own. Tim Sanderson’s crew rolled in around 10:00 Tuesday morning with an excavator, bulldozer, plus an enormous Caterpillar compactor and a couple dump trucks. With Tim’s advice we used a more dense material. It added a little more cost to the project but what a difference it made in compaction and time. Tim’s employees were very polite and efficient. With all of the time crunch we were under they managed to push over and process four large trees and remove a fence row/hedge with their excavator. The next day not long after lunch I had a perfectly flat and hard packed pad. A few hundred gallons diesel and almost 1000 tons of fill later. We were in a great way. Tim had a plan. And they worked their plan flawlessly. Great job.
