I am a big fan of the Greenway store in Russellville, AR. The people at this John Deere store are way more friendly and helpful than the other John Deere stores in the area. I now drive over an hour to do business at this location even though I have another store 5 minutes down the road that I could go to. When I was originally looking to buy my equipment, I found them to be better priced than other dealers, and I was treated better here than at the other store I went to. (The other one was not a Greenway location)

Now, they have done an amazing job in the service department fixing up and providing maintenance on my tractor, brush hog, and zero turn mower. Wanted to give a shoutout to Amber and Scott in the service department for getting me taken care of and getting me back running after I damaged my equipment. They had my service work done extremely quickly after a different location told me it would be 2 1/2 months before they could even look at my machines. 5 star service across the board for this dealership! Communication and kindness were great.

I have been known to turn and walk out of a place that didn't acknowledge my presence as happened there this morning. I felt as if I was interrupting them to ask where the parts counter was and no one else was even there! Getting the right parts was quick and easy, but the parts guy just looked up at me, I guessed it was a "can I help you" look and just started talking. I recommend y'all be a bit friendlier.

I stopped in to pickup a belt for my better halfs lawnmower. Probably as reasonably priced as any retailer that carries John Deere products. The showroom has alot to browse around. Micah the parts manager provided excellent service, I would recommend him for any of your John Deere parts needs. Also they carry a large selection of Stihl products.

I bought a 3025e, box blade, finish mower and pallet forks. I thought the customer service was excellent and they took the time to explain everything about my purchase. The front counter staff is friendly and attentive.
