Ordered some hay from here for my daughter’s birthday last weekend for a huge slip n slide and the customer service was outstanding. I was loaded up and on my way in no time! Will definitely use again when needed!

Difficult delivery. Instructions had different address from Bill of Lading. Neither address were where we delivered. Which is not the bad part, just a bit confusing. Flat bed drivers often have to be taken to final location on site or in a field. But, we reached out 24 hours in advance, as instructed. Were told he would call back, about 8 hours later, we sent a courtesy text because we didnt get the call back, and advised eta to address.got back a confirming text. Got a confirming call 5 hours later. And in the morning, sent text advising we were at the address... then another requesting eta to unload. We were advised "gate opens at 12" what gate Anyway, 4 hours later, we finally got a guide to final drop (about 3/4 mile away) then we were told to leave the tarps on the ground and hurry up so they could unload, that the truck could only be sitting here for 40 minutes. Nope, we will take care of OUR securement equipment as WE see fit, and you can hold your horses for 10 damn minutes. So, they just drove off.... came back after about 40 minutes, while we sat there twiddling our thumbs. And unloaded. Would be nice to not be given 8 am delivery window, if we cannot work till noon. Fyi, truckers are not hourly. We get paid when we move. So sitting 4 hours does not work for us. Plus the next load is stuck as well, till we get there to load up again. Common courtesy if you please. And dont blame brokers, they were not told of a noon delivery either.

Not great delivery as a previous comment and review was a warring we took extra steps to prevent and still had the same issue. one hour out from arrival Dispatch called and talked with Greg. recorded phone call avail to provide. confirmed with him that BOL showed one address and the Rate sheet had another. he informed me that we were to go to the one intown "at the market". when driver arrived it was a empty building for lease they called Greg. he said oh well you should have called before coming. gave the driver another address to deliver to. deception and games waste peoples times. cause issues for next pick up. be honest if you want them to go to the market and call you for exact location then say that.

Not a fun delivery experience. After being told to make an appointment the day before, I arrive on time and was told to go to a different address. I go there and get yelled at that I'm in the wrong spot and had to go to the staging area (where I thought I was At)

The worst Company ever to work with! Have no idea what they are up to!!!!
They are an awful business which have no courtesy towards their Customers.
So abusive and miserable! Had a hard time to work with them, though my pay still pending. What AWKWARD PEOPLE THEY ARE!!

We got paid in less than a month, also we got extra money for the extra time at the shipper. Was confused by the other reviews at first, but our experience with the broker was good.
