They had what I needed for my ride on deere at a good price. My encounter with the employee was not so great, he was not directly rude to me but he basically talks down to you. If I could get the product I need any where else I would.

Had to drive an hour and a half to get my ZTR worked on, but I'll gladly do it again when and if I need to. Telephone assistance offered by Keisha will calm your anxiety and give you a level of reassurance that's hard to find. Mechanic Joe will talk to you, explain what's going on and shake his finger at you if you're misbehavin with your machine. I'm a happy customer. You will be, too.

I was referred and heard really good things about this place. Having a John deere was excited to find a place that most likely had my parts or could order them. Finally get to go this morning. When we walked in a gentleman was sitting behind the counter way at the back. We walk in, he does not say one word. Stands up as we are walking towards him and goes in the office behind him then comes back out sits back down and just stares at us. Then says what.... Not hi, how are you today or how can I help you guys..I say not even hi, how are you and he goes I was waiting til you got to the counter. Now usually when you walk into places they atleast greet you. I would have been fine with atleast a smile. No. Very unfriendly. He had no interest in even trying to help me or my husband. Yes after that, I was ugly to him because I could not believe he was not even going to offer a word of help and I did tell him his customer service skills sucked, and before we were friendly and smiling having a great day. They lost a big sale today because of his attitude. I had cash in hand for a brand new zero turn John deere. I also needed a part for my old one. Hearing the good things I had heard and read the reviews I thought this would be a good experience. I have never been so happy to leave a place. I will drive hours to get help besides this place. I truly hope that he was not the owner. I have no idea how he has been in retail sales and not even speaking to customers. He never even got off his butt when he walked back from the office and sat down right in front of us. What is sad is there was another employee who never even tried to help us either. I only gave them one star because I had to choose something to be able to post. I guess the one star can go for how clean the place was, but I am sure he didn't help with that either.

Two tractors were "repaired" costing an unreal amount and was done unsatisfactorily. Very Overprised
Ended up trading both tractors for new ones...to another JD Dealer for reasonable trade.

I purchased a z735m mower a year ago, the belt tensioner snapped off after hitting a few rocks. Factory welds were defective and snapped with ease with a little friction. Refused to abide by the warrenty for the factory welds and tried to give me a $3500 repair invoice. I spent $8000 on a zero turn mower, it breaks from wear and tear IN A YEAR, and I'm told "Sorry this is your fault, now give us more money" I have had John Deere products my whole life and love them. This facility single handed drove me and my family away them, and I am currently looking for a better brand of mower

The first and most very enjoyed experience to heritage tractor. We have purchased a used John Deere and After the first year and a half I earned many expensive and painful lessons about heritage tractor Harrison Arkansas. I had a major damage to the tractor, it seemed that every claimed mechanic was worse than the one before. They had my KF ,3032E tractor over 8 months, and never fixed the issue and everythime they returned it was more broken. Heritage tractor Harrison Arkansas never completed and never finished what they got paid almost $14,000 I would never in my life recommend the service department of heritage tractor Harrison Arkansas
