After waiting for 15 minutes for Kim to ring out ONE customer, I asked a one sentence question to make sure I had the right part. She cut me off mid sentence to say she couldn't diagnose my problem because there is a contractor in the back of me. I've been going here since 2007 and always been appreciated until today. I will not be back...and the part is 20% less online. Finally, in the middle of July why do you only have 2 associates at a Irrigation place making your 2 customers in the whole store wait longer than at the DMV? One associate with his headphones on sat at his desk for the whole time and another associate who was unwilling to help.

Beware! Grass seed they are selling is 3 years old, tested in 2021 for use by 2022.
