They seemed to be a great store until I went to check my phone and got falsely accused of shoplifting when I put it back in my pocket. After I put my phone back in my pocket I had a employee ask if I needed any help finding anything and I politely replied that I was just looking around since it was my first time at a Bomgaars I was rudely interrupted by another employee accusing me of stealing. I politely responded with he must be mistaken bc the only things in my pockets were my phone and wallet and even went to the extent of turning out my pockets but the employee said that he didn’t care and took all of my items I was planning on purchasing out of my hands and demanded that I leave HIS store IMMEDIATELY refusing to hear anything I had to say and embarrassing me quiet a bit over me simply trying to respond to my partner regarding an item I was intending to purchase while I was there ironically. After this interaction I will happily say that will be the first and last time I will ever be going to a Bomgaars ever again.
