If you're going to Cobalt CU, expect customer service that's second to none. Every epresentative I've interacted with has been so kind and helpful-- but Lindsay? Lindsay is the cream of the crop! Even though I'm dealing with a difficult financing situation, she has been attentive, flexible, and understanding at every turn, keeping an open line of communication with me, and not once making me feel like a burden for asking so much of her. Another outstanding experience with Laura at the Millard Branch. She patiently walks us through every transaction and makes sure all of our questions are answered. Laura treats us like she is our personal banker always making sure everything is taken care of.
Recently had difficulty getting ahold of someone on the phone at the main branch near our home in Papillion. After several minutes of being passed around, I thought “I’m calling Laura at the Millard branch”. Not only did Laura answer the phone, but also she was able to give me the information I was looking for.

I usually there ones a week and they always welcome me with a big a big smile and a great attitude and if I any question or concerns they always resolved .
They all so professional and I trust them .

Worst branch in town and I love this credit union it’s all I use but people working at this branch are miserable especially Lindsay who has been rude to me on many occasions and she has treated me like a criminal trying to withhold my payroll checks for a week even tho I’ve had an account for over 5 years and have deposited over 100 payroll checks at this specific branch it wasn’t until Lindsay started working there that I just had to drive to another branch completely and start doing my business their I can’t think of a reason other than just plain racism on what they would give me a hard time either way the excellent people at the branch 90th and west center and extremely nice and haven’t given me any problems cashing my checks

i went into the 15325 millard branch location and laura was an absolute queen! she helped me in a timely matter with a smile and it made me feel welcomed and like family. laura deserves a raise for her excellent customer service! 5 star rating isn’t good enough for how well she helped me.

Having Cobalt Credit Union is a wonderful experience. I loved everyone there. Just being part of the Cobalt family, you come inside, they know you and you know them. It's wonderful. Everyone here at Cobalt always having a smile on their faces when you enter the bank. I love my Cobalt.
