We have now attended multiple pop up dinner events.

Food has been delicious, the atmosphere is lively and fun, the space is beautiful, and the owners are gems.

And let's not forget the cocktails! They are special each time to pair with food.

The tasting room is a wonderful experience and a must stop if you are in Arcata! Alchemy’s craft spirits are rich and full of flavor. You can taste the craft, the dedication, and love that goes into what they do. Great aesthetic in the tasting room and consider yourself lucky if you get to experience their pop up kitchen with guest chefs plating up uniquely delicious food. Pair that up with one of their signature craft cocktails and oh mama you’ll be signing til the cows come home! Cheers!

When you think about what it is to be a local business. You think about Alchemy. The partnerships and relationships they have throughout the community and the collaborations they are a part of is unlimited. Their new location is most superb with the kitchen being filled with local guest chefs often. Drink options are fun and lots of cool swag to purchase.

Reminiscing on the absolutely amazing experiences I've had with Amy and Steve! I had the pleasure of being their first private event, but the attention to detail and professionalism made it seem like they've done hundreds before me. Can't recommend this place enough! Their whiskey, popup events with guest chefs, and venue for events are all top shelf!

Award winning whiskey and always an award winning experience. Alchemy Distillery is a destination spot. Their events are not to be missed (cocktails are always unique and paired beautifully with the guest chef's food)! The vibe is modern yet cozy. Amy and Steve are the heart of this place and our community. I have friends who drive down from Seattle just to experience it AND, of course, to stock up on their must-have whiskey.

Amy and Steve are by far some of the most incredible humans, and the space they created shows this. I met the two of them when I attended the local university and instantly fell in love with the space they created. While I haven't seen their new space since I haven't been back since their new grand opening, the distillery will always have a place in my spirits collection. I can't wait to go and experience their expanded location, and you shouldn't wait either. They only bring the best up to bat, so I can say without a doubt that everything from the spirits to the food will be top-notch.
