To management and receiving. Thank you kindly. Iv been driving for going on 9 years. I stopped caring about appointments many years back after dealing with the countless lies brokers tell you about delivery time and the ridiculous time frames they expect when the shipper takes 24 hours to load one trailer. It has indeed always bothered me, though, because an appointment should always be respected and is there for a reason. Needless to say I picked up this load 2 hours late, why, one word the shipper. So I informed the broker. I would be 2 hours late. The fact you guys took me in with no problem did not go unnoticed, and I thank everyone there kindly. Receiveing had friendly guys there, and the loaders and unloaders were easygoing and super efficient spent less than 1.5 hours there Truckers construction ? as of 04/20/23 so no room to park on the dirt like the other comments state.

* Give appointment number
* Go in head to dock, break your seal, open doors, remove locks or straps back up, and slide your tandems.
* Chock tires
* Walk to the office and leave your paperwork there.
* When you feel no movement, wait 15 mins do NOT pull out. Walk back to the office your paper work should be on the wall filed under your dock door to the left.

Had a delivery as well as pickup here at this facility. Overall can’t complain. Got unloaded and reloaded in a couple hours

Fast uploading.. check it at gate need to press 24 to contact receiver provide appointment time and the assign you a door. Overnight parking right off Sweetwater. Definitely a good place to come deliver.

The staff were very friendly and check in and out were the easiest I've been to in 23 years. Bathrooms inside and vending. I'd give more stars if I could.

Here for a 0630hrs delivery appt arrived at the gate at 0615hrs. They'll get your PO# and will assign you a door. Back into your door and take the paperwork to the Shipping office. Once you're unloaded just go back to the office and your signed docs will be on the wall in a pouch with your door #. They were fast and cool people.

Arrived 26 hours early hoping I could deliver, and they are going to work me in. I'm very grateful I'm not sitting on this load otherwise I would had another 34 hr restart, when I just recently had a restart. Nice people, plenty of room to back!!

I been at here sense last night, I'm told today at 6:30am the swift Canceled the shipment appointment but they will work me in, I told the man ok I get that but on my end swift did not communicate it with me and that is why I'm here for the 7am appointment and tried to show the the man at receiving office my appointment on the swift app, He then threw the paperwork back at me and said he's not going to take me call swift and make an appointment Then walked away, I pretended I didn't hear what he just said and asked him so what's the plan how do we move forward where he replied I'm not taking you Because you're arguing with me, I told the man I'm not arguing with you I'm conversating with you on my end where I stand and why I'm here at 7AM after I let you say what you had to say, And then stated again I'm not taking you where I put the paperwork back in on his desk and said come on man don't be mean to me. After having to plead for the man to take my paperwork and work me in he finally Settled on his first decision to work me in. I then went to my truck got with my compand they reported to me that there are no changes On the order at all that the man is mistaken, They told me sit tight, They will make sure the company Crescent Crown Distributing pays me detention pay. The tall caramel skin man at receiving I believe his name is "Alfred" Needs better training or simply just needs to be replaced he is very rude condescending and unprofessional

Delivery appt 0700 checked in at 0655 unloaded and paperwork in hand driving back out at 0735. Best unload place I have ever been to. I arrived the night before and parked in the dirt after the no parking signs but when I woke up there were maybe 6 trucks behind me that had no problem parking in the dirt.
