Great recreation center in Sun City West. Nice indoor pool and workout facilities. Awesome park that has live concerts during the season. Also mini-golf and train club. Check it out if you are in the area.

Although this is one of the older rec centers in Sun City West, don't pass it by - it has facilities, equipment, club rooms, and people on par with any of the other Recreation Centers that those of us lucky enough to live in Sun City West get to enjoy! I had been guilty of simply heading to RH Johnson or Palm Ridge, as they seemed newer and shinier, but I learned a lot on a tour of Beardsley - and I was impressed! The more I learn about ALL that SCW has to offer, the happier I am to be lucky enough to be living here!

Beautiful facility, Awesome Gym and I so appreciate my personal trainer Jim, so knowledgeable and helpful with a training schedule specifically for my needs. This facility also has an indoor pool. The staff are all pleasant and welcoming.

Therapeutic pool, helps with therapy walking after knee surgery . And the indoor hot tub is huge and relaxing. Smaller fitness room but has the updated exercise equipment . TVs and music..several classes for handicap ables, ramp to get in and out of pool . Also lap pool.
Everything is open ! Green House looks great , lots of plants landscaped thru out.
Car show with food trucks and vendor resources. Concerts. Also holiday events free for grand kids with Santa, crafts face painting will be held in December. Easter egg hunt . Playground. Card clubs, yoga, clay building, photography club, glass enamel and porcelain painting are a few of the clubs that meet. Spanish club also has several classes meeting thru out the year. Train park is fun to watch also. Great rec center and Park. Miniature golf is available , go inside the fitness center to check out putter. This is a much smaller course than the one at RH Johnson . Good.for little ones .
Outdoor concerts will start up again ! Food trucks in parking lot will be available also , along with the snack stand inside the park during the concerts !
