I had a drop and hook. Arrived around 6:45 a.m.. There was plenty of parking in available in the gravel lot. The door for check in is clearly marked. Go inside, use kiosk to check in and out. During check in, you have to call the extension listed on the papers on the wall. My issue was the attitude of the guy that answered the phone. He clearly didn’t want to talk to other humans or be at work. Other than that, the process was simple enough. We’re truck drivers. We’re used to being treated like this, so I’ll get over it before I leave the parking lot, but goodness… if you don’t like your job, go somewhere else. Bad attitudes are contagious.

Before I got here, of course I went here to see reviews, what to expect when I get there... I was really hoping that that office lady from this reviews won't be working that day but she was there... Like I'm doing my job... I got there to pick up the load, if it wasn't me, then some other driver... you need us... respect drivers!!! At least you can do it to be normal, not rude... she really make me feel uncomfortable there. I wasn't hearing her well so I ask her to repeat something, and she gave me attitude. It was my first time here, so of course, I'll ask whatever I need to make sure I'll do everything right.
On Google Maps, it said they are open 24 hours, but they open at 10 am. They do have restroom you can use. Paperwork took 10 - 15 minutes. They got me loaded in like an hour and a half, not bad. There is plenty of space to park. But 3 starts because of the bad experience with office lady.

They will not take early.Arrived 11:00, Appt 01:00 and loaded 5:00pm.. Loading might not start or you will not get the door on appt. time. It's been industry standard for 20 years: two hours free, then detention. Has been told on the phone, ext.: 2438 in the shipping office. So four loading hours are pretty normal here.

The people I met were nice; however no detention is being paid out even though I had a 10am appointment and not sealed and en route till 4:30pm. Avoid; unless you factor in the time you'll likely lose.

I understand all the poor reviews now. Arrived at 6:08 for a 6pm appointment. On a dock at 7:10pm. Finally loaded at 11:45pm. No chance of human interaction unless you stop the yard dog or loader who seals your trailer. You need a 9900--- for check-in and check-out. I did stay for my 10 reset on property

Been sitting here 4 hours and 45 minutes getting loaded . I have never seen anyone this incompetent. Will not ever haul another load from here.

I've been here a few times and it's hit and miss with if you get good loaders or slow loaders. This time I was put in the door 30 min after I arrived and sat for 4 hours making my delivery impossible and had to reschedule. Also, if you only have one restroom it should at least have toilet paper in it. The restroom was nasty dirty. People were ok but my loader was new and slow.
