Had our units serviced 3 months ago by Bergs. Yesterday we had a home inspection and it was found the the service tech did not even clean the fan blades on the unit in our attic. Called Bergs and was told we are outside the 30 warranty period so they would charge $75 to come back out and finish the job their tech neglected. Climbing into my attic to inspect his job should not have to be done. I paid $300 to service all units and I am told the dust on the blades could've accumulated to that level in that short period of time is wrong. Unfortunately they have lost a customer that has used their services for over 30 years.

***Bergs did the right thing and called me back and then came out to complete the work that should've been done 3 months ago. Thank you Charles for your excellent customer service.

I had the most excellent service From Berg's Heating &Cooling today, worked on my swamp cooler less than an hour after I called and their tech Conner, had it up and running in no time! To top it off, the bill was about half the quote! Nice to know there is such an admirable business to call, thank you!

Had my AC installed less than 5 years ago by Bergs. They must not have secured the copper tubes at the time which caused them to vibrate on each other, creating a hole which leaked out all the refrigerant deeming my AC useless in just 4.5 years! Hey mistakes happen, but when I had them work an estimate to repair, they said nothing was under warranty (which some of it is) and only offered 5% off of a $1200 repair despite the leak being the product of how they installed it! Not looking for a free handout but 5% seemed like a slap in the face. They missed a great opportunity to keep a customer! Went to Mountain View AC and similar pricing and willing to cover whatever they could under warranty.

We got estimates from 3 different companies and were most impressed with Berg Enterprises. They were not trying to up-sell us on anything. They did provide enough information to decide on two Carrier models; a 4 ton and a 3 ton model. The units were in stock in Tucson and arrived here in Sierra Vista in 3 days. The installation team was the best! They said they would arrive at 0730 and sure enough they were on time, courteous and WORKED hard and efficiently the whole day. The crane rental company removed our old units and the new Carrier units went up the same day. The Installation crew left no trace that they had been here. Everything was spotless and the electrical panel was PROFESSIONALLY wired. The air conditioners are absolute UNITS. If you want your home COLD, simply set the WIFI enabled thermostat via an app on your phone and your house is quickly and quietly cooled. The air FEELS better. I would not hesitate to recommend Berg Enterprises, Inc to anyone.

Berg's added an air duct and installed my new over the range microwave oven. The men who did the work were prompt, friendly, and did awesome work. The total cost was the exact amount of the estimate. I would highly recommend Berg's.

The entire experience with Berg was outstanding. Worked with Alex to choose the best alternative for a replacement HVAC System and to receive a free estimate. Two of my neighbors had highly recommend them. I decided to go with the Carrier Hybrid Heat Pump and gas furnace unit that Berg recommend. I felt that they were very honest and we were able to get to a very fair price without all the wrangling and gimmicks. They did the installation the following week in one day with no issues or additional costs. The quality of the installation was excellent. A technician came the following day to fine tune the unit and to educate me how to best use it. So far, I'm loving it and especially the Ecobee Smart Thermostat and phone app. Great company and I highly recommend them!
