Great experience! We didn’t have a reservation for a tasting, and walked in to have a glass of wine on the patio. Gorgeous views. The tasting room manager was so knowledgeable and friendly. Best Sangiovese I’ve had so far in Arizona.

A great time. Very classy setting. Our server/instructor did and excellent job explaining the wine making process at the local Yavipai college.

Make sure you have a reservation and you can’t go wrong.

Don’t miss this excellent experience! A working winery ran by students. The wine as well as the photos and notes on the labels are all student creations. They grow their own grapes and mix the varietals here on the Yavapai College campus. Open to the public and reasonably priced.

I had made a reservation for 6 ladies, along with ordering two different charcuterie plates in advance, at a price of $23 each + tax. Although the service was good, the food platters were NOT good. The cheese platter had a few miniscule, tiny pieces of cheese, some grapes & a few scattered nuts. Our server later asked us if we wanted crackers, which I thought should have been included, so I said "Yes", and a few (6) crackers were brought to our table in a glass. One cracker for each of us. The bruschetta platter was not edible since the bread was very stale & difficult to chew. We were all very disappointed. Maybe the culinary department was closed but that's not an excuse for such paltry food. I wished I would have gone to a grocery store & purchased a snack tray.

Excellent jewel in Cottonwood. Beautiful place for an afternoon glass of delicious wine. No food available at the tasting room, but a nice selection of wines and knowledgeable staff to help you find the right glass for you. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

The future of the Arizona wine industry starts here. I've always had a fantastic time here. My current favorites in the tasting room are the Estate Tempranillo, and the Petit Sirah. The experimental Carbonic Maceration Cabernet Sauvignon was great too, but alas, it is now long gone. I look forward to more experimental vintages in the future!

This was my favorite stop on our wine tour. Highly recommended for anyone who is interested in learning more about the wine making process. Drew answered so many questions, and really made the experience incredible and unforgettable. I am really looking forward to coming back to attend some of their events. What an amazing experience.
