Company is falsely advertised their rabbit feed Nature Crest as NON-GMO, free of corn and soy. I have found corn in bags here and there, but nothing like this lot. Three bags all have the same junk in it; corn, soy beans, hulls, a green fiber, other unknown feeds, and even a soldier fly (which they just started a project on). Corn kills rabbits and I had seven die between 4/10-4/15/25. Many other have said there’s have died using their feed. I could post the many ss and messages I’ve received from others, but am only including a few because there’s so many.

Decide for yourself if you want to use this for your rabbit.

I agree with previous posts about customer service. I have been a customer for several years. I had questions about differences in product to accommodate a change in nutrition needs. I reached out on Facebook messenger, my message was read, yet I never received a response. Well, until I told them that a competitor actually had answered my question and I would be switching to their feed.

I have been a committed customer for over two years. My feed bill each year has been between $1600-$2k a year for a large flock. All of the products were from Tucker Milling exclusively. When you have customers who have been exclusive to your product, it is good business practice to respond to questions about your product versus reading the message and never replying. If you needed to research the question, an appropriate response would be, "I need to research that....give me some time."

So, Kalmbach did their research, replied with very good information and now has my money. Honestly, their feed not only looks better but smells better, too. Bummer for the store we've been purchasing Tucker Milling from. Silence speaks volumes and also speaks very loudly on what your company apparently thinks about it's customers.

Tired of being shorted feed price gone up $3 in 2 years and I'm paying extra for nothing. A whole pallet 10lbs short that's 400lbs I did not receive!Last time I'm changing distributors cause ain't their fault! Distributor was great only reason for rating so high
