I ordered a Part that broke on my New LS tractor because it is made too thin (cheap). Was told the part would be shipped and here in 2 days. Took 20 days to get here, so I ask for a refund since I can't just wait around and not use my tractor. So I had the part fabricated at the end of the 1st week so that I could get back to working. The below is the email I got back. Keep in mind the part only cost 146.21 This is NOT customer service!!! They want me to pay them $194.16 to send the part back to LS !!!!
"We can refund you but, the cost to restock is 30%, plus, shipping cost to return back to LS Tractor and the labor it cost to take the bracket to UPS. Our labor cost is $150.00 minimum. The part before tax was $133.88. LS is not changing their policy on returns."
You would think that LS would cover this cost since they did not ship the part as stated.

I have been talking to a dealer since February I had made an agreement with them earlier and wrote them a check before they cashed the check and did the paperwork they called me back wanting another $4500 to do the deal after we had agreed upon the price

So I made a drive a little over an hour to Columbiana Tractor and saved over $4600 very straightforward process I would highly recommend giving these guys an opportunity to earn your business before making a purchase on a KIOTI tractor from another dealership.
