High quality fish used in their sushi 🍣 and same goes for the meat used in their other dishes. Recommend asking for light sauce with the bulgogi bowl (they drowned my food the first time). Everyone recommends the lobster rolls for a starter but personally did not care for them as there was too much cabbage (it’s all I could taste). Cocktails are delicious! Had their version of a margarita with sake and it was divine.

Always great service and quality! We had always heard about how great this restaurant was and when we finally tried it, it was worth the try! What Chef Rayza has brought to the area is unmatched! We love coming here and the staff is just as great as the food is!

Oh My Goodness! This has to be the best place! Sushi is like NO other! Absolutely incredible... service to sushi to drinks to dessert.....is like nothing else around! Wow, can't say enough good things. Sushi is super fresh and delicious!

I’ve been meaning to leave this review because I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this place since I went! The food was phenomenal all around! From the lobster spring rolls and pork belly apps to the Rayza roll and New york strip it was hands down some of the best food in Baldwin County and definitely best sushi! However the white chocolate bread pudding has to be one of the best I have ever had and stole the show of everything! This place is AMAZING

Tried and true; Rayza’s never disappoints! The restaurant is clean, staff friendly and efficient, and the food is phenomenal! We love getting sushi and asking Rayza to surprise us with something off menu. It’s always different with a perfect blend of textures, excellent flavor pairing and staged beautifully! My husband and I also like knowing we are supporting a small business that gives back to the community (and around the world). Until next time Rayza’s!

Don't mind me. It's just a random Monday morning and I find myself here on Google, looking to see when this little jewel of a restaurant will open again. Tuesday you say? I'll be there! Everything about this place is wonderful. It is a quaint location that reminds me of NYC fine dining: fast pace, personable service, exquisite flavors. Even on a busy night, the staff was attentive and kind. I'm a people watcher because I care about the full experience. Delighted. It was a delightful experience and I anticipate many visits. Their menu is diverse and though I've only had 3 sushi rolls, two appetizers, and THEEEEE BREAD PUDDING...I would definitely recommend any item offered.
Now, let me go pull out tomorrow's Rayza wardrobe in preparation for my return. I think I shall try the Alabama roll.

I have ate at a ton of sushi places, and this one is by far my favorite in Baldwin County. The lobster egg rolls were so delicious, they came out quickly and hot. The sushi were big rolls and flavorful. And the drinks were mixed perfectly with a nice blend of salt on the rim. The owner was welcoming and a pleasure to speak to. Our waiter Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision-making. This place is a 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be back.
