SunStop Store #635 in Cottonwood, AL has seriously gone downhill under the new management. The new manager is incredibly rude and unhelpful. At first, I thought she might just be having a bad day, but it's the same unpleasant experience every single time I visit. She consistently treats customers poorly, making it feel like a chore to answer questions or assist in any way.

I miss the old manager who was there for years—she was amazing and always so helpful. It's a shame because the assistant manager Kim and the rest of the employees are wonderful. The deli manager is fantastic too. She's always smiling, greeting customers, and running an outstanding deli with marvelous food.

I have tried my best to smile, laugh, and carry on a friendly conversation, but the new manager still isn't friendly. I normally don’t give bad reviews or complain about a store, but this needs to be addressed. I worry that the new manager's sour attitude is going to drive customers away and harm the business. SunStop needs to address this issue before it's too late.

They have changed their menu and raise the prices in the deli section. I don't know why they did this because the deli was reasonably priced in a good selection. Now not so much.
