In over 6 years as a truck driver, this is by far the worst treatment I have ever received... Nothing but non English speaking employees that can't give you an answer... Even after sitting at the dock and locked out for 5 hours!! I got checked in at 6:30 in the morning and have been sitting here for over 5 hours locked at the dock and have not even begun to be unloaded!! When I tried 2 different times to go inside somewhere and find somebody that could give me an answer, I got thrown out told I wasn't allowed to be in there!! Something tells me if immigration came to this place unannounced, they would have to close shop for a bit.

I am not particularly fond of giving terrible ratings.
This receiver doesn't follow appointments.
Upon arrival nobody answered the call box, 45 minutes later someone arrived to get my bills.
2.5 hrs til I received a dock. It's now been 4.5 hrs no signs of unloading.
They don't care about HOS.
They Don't care about appointments, Except to charge you for being late
If you have the option Don't Come Here.
It smells, no toilets, nothing to benefit the drivers, and a call to enter gate.
The only driver they care about is Estes, tankers and day cabs who d/h.

My delivery appt is 8am. Got here at 730am. Was told by recieving office it is first come first serve. He said don't matter what time it says on the paperwork but if there are trucks in front of you, then you have to wait. He was not very nice.

Only 2 docks my appt time was 7am and didn’t get in door till 9:30am They don’t honor appt times. I’m already 4 hours plus into this delivery. FCFS I would say. However I arrived last night and parked outside locked gate till 5:30 this morning guard knocks on door and said to get in line.
There is no receiving office you stay in your truck the whole time and they will come get your ppwk and tell you what dock when they are ready. It is almost 11am and still not unloaded. If you have time to waste this is your stop. Getting into dock you have to blindside until you can get lined up in front of it. Gonna need trailer washout after this

We were early waited to get unloaded like 4 hours. Appointment at 6 still waiting.There's a little porta potty kind of hidden. It was clean thank goodness. Workers have passed us by several times and they have our paperwork! Update ---We got updated and are waiting for our turn still it's been 2 hours of waiting and we had to go ask questions.

Horrible place to deliver. Get ready for your 10 hour reset. It is a FCFS facility no matter what your appointment time is. They are very slow to unload. It takes them 3 to 4 hours to unload a single truck . Good Luck if are unloaded early.

Got loaded just 45 minutes The black guy working inside wherehose he's really good & friendly but the Latino lady in the office she's very slow I'm weiting for an hour to print the pepper work, she's unfriendly for real.
That's why I give her 1 Star if there Les then 1 Star I will give it to her.but now that is you Big 0
Drivers please be way from this ludy then be ready to lost 2 hours to get the pepper work after get loaded.

Been in dock for three hrs I'm the only truck here for three hrs they don't even deserve one star they love to waste drivers time going to be late on next pickup probably have to reschedule for next day what a joke
