A little confusing when you arrive. No visible address. There is a door next to docks that says shipping. I was instructed to go to the back of the building. There is a gate with a number on it past trailers. Take a wide turn it's tight. The guard will let you in. Once around back they dobhave a receiving office but someone was already outside and gave me a door and took my paperwork. If you get dock 3 it's very awkward and extremely tight. Be careful your door will barely fit past building. Take a look at my pics. Slide tandems after you get lined up much easier. I had to blind side back between a trailer and garbage shoot.

Do NOT accept a load here! I was supposed to deliver this morning(10/23/24) @0600. This was a last minute load change for me. I get here & was told that USDA shut them down. I waited to 2hrs plus to see if they would unload me. Guy comes back out to tell me that they can't & I need to come to OK Foods which is 5mins down the road. This place you can park on the side of the road by the cul-de-sac. They don't allow you to deliver early. Tight parking lot.

I went:

To Albertville plant, then sent to boaz plant

Then Boaz sent me back to Albertville

Albertville then sent me to Boaz where 12 hours later was unloaded.

This was all done by their "coordinator". This does NOT sound very coordinated at all. This place really needs to look at their reviews and make some serious changes. Yeah they may do ok for the guys that go there daily, but for everyone else this place is a nightmare. Stay away don't bring them loads then maybe just maybe they will change their ways.
