Would NOT RECOMMEND! Our experience was terrible! Total lack of communication, there technician showed up out of the blue without scheduling first and he didn’t have the correct filter so he just cleaned the machine and left. When we received the invoice they charged us for more than what was agreed and I tried to ask about it but they never responded.

OVERCHARGE! Started a new company and was looking over contracts, I pulled contracts and seen the company was only suppose to be charged 40.00 for one office was getting charged 207.00 and the other office I was getting charged twice for the ROI. seen that the company was being overcharged for years, when I reached out for this to be corrected, and refund the over charge. I was informed that the books had been closed and they can’t do nothing about it. When I indicated 2023 hasn’t been closed refund the overcharge, I was told sorry we can’t. I was expecting the company the fix their error, instead I got the run around and “This is the best we can do for both locations . This came from my cooperate office we looked into it and this was the final decision”. PARKS COFFEE has no morals and would like to share my experience so no other small business gets screwed.

Parks Coffee has been one of our vendors for quite some time and I have nothing but positive reviews. Andre has been our contact and he has always been on top of his game. There have been times when I have not been able to put in my orders but he still reaches out to make sure all of our needs are met. He is a great guy working for a great company. I would definitely refer them to other companies.

Nick C is our Coffee guy here at work - Chemical Transportation. He always shows up with a Smile on his face, he's very outgoing and has a Positive attitude. I don't think I have seen him any other way. He makes sure everything is stocked up and the pots are clean before he leaves. I always look forward to seeing him every month 🙂 Parks Coffee has a really good employee here.

The people that I’ve met and talk to you pretty nice. But their service is absolutely horrible. I had a Water Machine with them and they never came to change the filters until I had to call them because they said it was on an automatic maintenance system, but nothing automatic about it. I’ve made several payments to them, and all of a sudden they said that I’m five payments behind and came and took my Water Machine.

Andres E. has been delivering coffee and smiles to our office for more than three years now. Every time he visits it's like a friend stopping by. He takes fantastic care of us, we never run low on anything and he makes suggestions that are so spot on that we always end up going with them. When you have 100 employees, many of whom put in way more than 40 hours per week, it's great never to have to worry about running out of the coffee and tea that keeps them going.
