Check in on the security , parking on the street. They call me 20 min after check-in . Dry ban delivery across the street. Great experience delivering here.

I was about to cancel my load based on the reviews for this place! I was definitely glad i didn’t! This place is ur normal place to load, yes u have ur rushes but nothing at all of what most reviews said. from security to loaders to checkers, and all the way down to Charlie who hands u ur paperwork!!! Checked in about 11:20 and 1:30 rolling out loaded chained and a little bit of wait due to trucks ahead of me… will definitely be back 😎 hope this helps out fellow drivers!

Horrible place to pick up cargo. No matter time for your pickup appt is for, there's a live queue of trucks that you'll be standing in until late at night. Local trucks are constantly pulling up, unloading them with two forklifts, while only one forklift is working on loading, the queue moves one truck an hour, or even slower.

All personal is good 👍 But unfortunately you lose half day.. 6-8 hours waiting because they have 15 priority local trucks- and this is their main mistake in managing and running a business. carriers stop working with such companies, what's the point of giving away one day for free to pick up this order. you stand like an unnecessary thing along the street and wait for some call of hope, as if they are doing me a favor. we will definitely not come back here again

My driver had an appt at 1:00pm, arrived at 12:30pm, was called to get loaded at 1:45pm, and finished loading around 1 hour later. Not bad. My driver was treated with respect. Our broker Steven Lynch from IEL has been very polite and always replying back to my emails on time. We hope we can work again on the same lane. I've read other reviews and are not good experiences but our case was different. If we go back here, I hope the experience is as good as this time.

Horrible shipper. Excessive wait times. They don't care about drivers. Also, the broker TQL lies as well. They won't pay detention. They don't care if they hurt drivers. Avoid this shipper unless you want to waste a whole day or more. You're better off loading something a little cheaper that gets you empty sooner than loading here and burning a whole day. Trust the reviwes. Their bad for a reason.

Slowest company ever, broker rushed me to pu at 4pm , showed up at 3.40pm, and security said wait on street , after 2h waiting they called me and put me inside of territory, and after loaded waited another 2h to get the BOL. And now super-duper security not letting me out of gate because she's shifting, I quess another 1h at the gate
