We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Junavelli Winery! Lisa was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our private tasting with her was fantastic—she guided us through an amazing selection of fruit wines, ranging from dry to sweet to delightfully indulgent. Every sip was a treat!

Traveling with two young children, we were especially grateful for the Legos in the tasting room; our kids were over the moon! The quiet, beautiful grounds made for a perfect setting, and the sandy back road was an unexpected bonus—our beach toys came in handy as the kids happily played while we enjoyed our wine.

The view of the vineyards and the neighboring farm with grazing horses added to the charm, creating a serene and picturesque escape.

Great experience! Super friendly owner/wine maker and really good muscadine and fruit wines that have options for dry to sweet varieties. We were pleasantly surprised. The tasting he offered was generous, fun and informative. We will be back next time we're in the area! To top it all off, they're a Harvest Host for RVers!

As good as it gets. GREAT wine. Extensive, unique variety of wines sourced from local fruits. Even better hospitality if that is even possible. All of this is topped by very reasonable prices. The place is unlikely where it is located but provides a different, unique and unforgettable experience.

We first experienced Juvanelli wines through their Harvest Host program, and it was nothing short of remarkable—the best wine-tasting journey we’ve encountered. We left with an entire case in hand! The Juvanelli “Shadow” has become my all-time favorite wine. I managed to save a few bottles to share with my daughter for her wedding, and once she tasted both the “Shadow” and the dry Scuppernong, her choice was clear: we had to have them for her Wedding! We promptly ordered a case of each.

At the wedding—a lively cowboy affair with beer and a range of spirits—the wine quickly stole the spotlight. Guests couldn’t stop commenting on its quality, and soon enough, it was the drink of choice. We ended up with an unexpected surplus of beer.

Great little stop on a trip through Lower Alabama, also known as LA. Roger has a very nice selection of sweet and dry wines. Not to mention they are a little higher ABV, than your average boutique winery. He is a marvelous host, very well versed in the craft of making wine.

This was a fabulous place. The owners were so nice. The place was quiet and we got to hear the sounds of the night. And the best word to describe it is "peaceful". We would visit again.

Lovely little winery. We stayed here in our RV through Harvest Hosts. We tried the full wine tasting with Lisa. Our favorite two were the sweet Scuppernong and the dry Muscadine. We recommend picking up a jar of the blueberry habanero jelly (ours is almost gone just 3 days later haha) Parking and setup was a breeze and the hosts were very welcoming!

You have to visit this place! We drove an hour to get here and will definitely be coming back when we run out of our wine. All the wines are super tasty. The owners are so nice and really make the whole wine tasting experience memorable.
