Called as soon as they opened, very friendly and helpful. Had the part I needed and even gave ideas of other things to check on our dryer. Will for sure use again when needed!

I am very pleased with this company , I called this morning and asked if they could fix my dryer, they said absolutely and passed my info onto the technician who was out doing calls , the technician calls me about 30 minutes later and says he can see me and shows up about 30 minutes , finds the issues luckily had the piece in his veichle and BOOM dryer up and running again less than an hour! Thank you so much

Great service provided! Very timely. I filled out a request on their website, and they sent out a technician the very next day. Craig was very professional and took time to answer my questions about troubleshooting a washer. I would definitely go to Tri-State for future appliance repairs!

My refrigerator evaporator motor failed 2-days before Thanksgiving. I called Tri State on Tuesday am, they showed up on Wednesday afternoon. The repairman had difficulty determining the model of my obviously older appliance. After calling his office, he quickly came back with, "that part is no longer manufactured and that will be $75 for my diagnosis ". Really? No aftermarket suggestion, just wham-bam thank you Mam!;-)
I would not recommend this business unless of course you have money to give away. Even then, choose a Charity to give it to.

Very helpful and friendly owner/staff. I had no idea how to replace a heating element and both thermostats on my mothers electric dryer, the owner patiently explained the process to me both over the phone and in person when I purchased the parts.

It took me less than 40 mins to replace the parts, outstanding customer service and the parts were very reasonably priced, thank you so much for your professionalism and outstanding customer service, if you need parts for your appliances call these guys.

I have used them in the past for a refrigerator warranty and inspite of my dissatisfaction with that experience I decided to give them another try. Worst decision I've ever made. I requested assistance with my washer that WORKED but made a loud sound when in spin cycle for super loads....after the service call the machine no longer works. I called to complain was offered the service call fee however, that doesn't return the washer to its original state. BEWARE owner/tech lacks honesty and forgets that it doesn't matter how long you you've been in business (27yrs)... Every customer experience matters...
