I ordered from my app this was the first time at this location & I normally don’t have any issues with the food ever but this was my first & last time ordering from this location the food was way over cooked & tasted burnt & the frozen lemonade was good but very watered down. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I was very disappointed!

Went to the Enterprise Walmart, and my son wanted a snack while we shop and wait for my oil change. So I went and got him some pepperoni bites, the lady told me wasn't very friendly and when she told me the total I went to hand her the cash I had. She said said she was sorry, but the only thing she could take for payment was credit or debit card. I asked why, and she said because her cash machine was down. After mentally figuring in my head, if I had the money in my account, I hesitantly handed her my card. I would think that it takes more of a machine to run my card than it does to literally take the cash out of my hand. SMH won't be going back there.

**Updated: I called the Dothan location in the mall and they made the situation right and went above and beyond to correct the other store’s mistake. Highly recommend that location!

This is just about the worst experience I could have possibly had with this store. I placed a catering order a week ago for pick up today, Friday. My card got charged and I got a confirmation email, but when I got to the store this afternoon, the store was completely closed down—no lights on and the gate was down. No one answered the number on my confirmation email. I called the corporate office and was told there was really nothing to do except submit a complaint and wait 72 hours to maybe get refunded. MAYBE?! I paid for something I did not receive and I had to go completely out of my way to visit another store and pay for more pretzels. I would be much more understanding if someone had called me and canceled my order and refunded my money, but to hear from absolutely no one is ridiculous. Here’s to hoping I get my money back, I guess.

I had a wonderfully vile experience here today. I visited and waited, and waited, until I asked the young girl behind the counter, who was eating and staring at me at the time, if they were open. After she said yes, I ordered. Out of cheese sauce. That’s ok, I finished my order and showed her my app in which I’d downloaded T-Mobile Tuesdays newest promo code. She said it’s not coming up, with no explanation. I told her since I pressed redeem I would lose the coupon now - nothing. I’ll pass up on this place next time, not worth it.

Absolutely horrible service, lazy workers just drawing a paycheck. Doordash orders more likely to be canceled than to receive order. Have held up dashers and then canceled orders while they were waiting for them to be completed, wasting the dashers time and therefore money. No managerial supervision, teenagers allowed to run the shop themselves and would rather play on their phones than actually work. AVOID!

Stood in line for 10 minutes while the two employees behind the counter appear to be busy then when I was finally asked what I wanted to order I said just a salted pretzel I was told that would take 30 minutes before it was ready. How does a pretzel place not have the most basic item for sale available

I just went to the Walmart location in Enterprise. The website says they open at 10:00AM. It was 10:30 and they were not open yet and the girl that was there was super rude.
