Let me start by saying the staff are very friendly, especially Ms. Tiffany. I stayed here for a little over a month. The rooms are spacious and they come with a kitchenette. I stayed in a 2 room suite for the majority of my stay. The cleaning service is once every 7 days unless you request it. When they “clean” they replace the towels and washcloths and make your bed. The ceiling in my bathroom was leaking and it took 5 days of complaining before it was fixed. My carpet was never vacuumed nor was my floor swept. I had to request new soap after requesting service to the room. The air was cool when it wanted to be and the first night, there was a huge cockroach crawling from under the ac unit. The elevator stopped working at least 5x’s; the dryers take forever to dry your clothes and the room keys would stop working randomly. They don’t offer breakfast, I guess because they have the kitchenette but they have a store where you can purchase snacks. Fruit is $1 and snacks range from $1-$4.50. They offer complimentary tea and coffee and parking. There is a dollar general, Mexican restaurant and Waffle House in walking distance. Overall my stay was okay. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of Ms. Tiffany.

Room was nice and spacious; beds were comfy; staff was friendly. The elevator waited about 10-12 seconds once it got to the ground level before the door opened. (If you're claustrophobic or scared of elevators - this could make you a little nervous)

Price for the hotel is on par with other good hotels in the area (I still think it's expensive - but I checked a few budget motels in the area and didn't find them suitable so I coughed up the money for this one)

This hotel doesn't offer breakfast. It does have a little kitchenette for you to cook your own breakfast though.

The hotel overall is quite nice. I like the kitchenette and the outdoor grilling area. The staff were all very friendly. My only complaint is as a longer term guest, I was placed right next to the elevator and fitness room. It was loud and a very busy area. My listed stay preferences were not honored, “high floor away from elevator”. Granted, I didn’t complain as I didn’t want to pack back up and move, so that part is on me. Overall, great hotel and I will stay there again.

Overall room cleanliness was less than adequate. Floors were dirty, the bathroom still had hair all over the shower and sink from previous person who stayed to name a few of the issues here. Overall not impressed.

Jay at the front desk was amazing. Super cool dude and extremely patient with occupants. Went as far as congratulating occupants that graduated class from a local school. Promote ahead of peers. Jay is single handedly carrying the boats.

Black lady at the front desk could use some more customer service training. Didn’t inform me my room jumped up $90 for my last night on my work trip after I’d been paying the same price for over a week. Other than that, rooms were fine and gym is nice for a hotel.

We stayed here on the recommendation of our daughter. We we were attending our grandson's graduation from AIT at Ft Novosel. This location was very convenient to the main gate. We will stay here again when he graduates from flight School.

Overall a 3 out of 5 stars. Rooms and hotel were clean and tidy. The kitchenette very helpful but stove and the phone did not work. Front desk very nice and polite but failed to follow through properly with room cleaning. Room was not serviced for 11 days. Yikes. They only cleaned it after I had to ask 4 separate times over three days. When they did clean, it was nice. Gym and free laundry bumped the score up a bit.
