Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Decided to try this place for a rebuilt carb for an old john deere tractor to save a customer some money beings it was cheaper to go this way. We received the carburetor promptly enough and gave it to the customer to install himself. He brought it back immediately and said it was leaking and spraying gas everywhere out of the sides. We sent it back to Owosso and they "rebuilt' it and sent it back to us. The customer installs it again and same issues with leaking gas everywhere. So Owosso sent us a second carb to try and same exact issues with leaking gas everywhere so 3 leaking carbs in a row. We looked at them and the main case for the carb was bad so they were rebuilt without testing before they sent it to us. Of course we sent them the original carb off for a core and are now stuck with a bad carb housing. They did give a refund but we are still out a carb and the customer has been out of a tractor for months now.
