It was a great experience buying from Bob; no pressure, no overselling, or anything like that. He worked with me to understand my needs and help me figure out what I needed. When I had a problem, he talked me over it on the phone, and when I needed a repair, he helped turn it into a warranty claim. You will not get this type of help when you have questions about your purchase from other brands.

Buying a GC1725MB tractor was one of my best purchases. Tasks that used to take days can be done in hours; things that would have thrown my back out are easily accomplished now, from pulling rocks out of the yard, moving huge piles of dirt, or hauling around logs for milling the tractor has had an impact on almost every outdoor task I have done.

was shopping for a Massey Ferguson Subcompact tractor. Van Paemel was by far the best price in Michigan. Dealt directly with Annette and the owner. No hassles, no pressure, just straightforward information and pricing. Signing the delivery documents took less than a minute to complete. I ordered a thumb for the backhoe bucket, they then installed it with no extra charge when it came in. The owner himself then delivered it to my home and then went through all the features, functions and operations of the tractor. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Bob is an absolute wellspring of knowledge and I couldn’t imagine a better person to deal with regarding parts for my old tractor. I don’t go anywhere for parts and when the time comes to buy a new tractor I know I’ll be coming here for that purchase too.
