We had a great experience with a septic tank replacement. Jim, owner, was very responsive and provided a fair quote and good timing. His crew that was headed by David were timely, knowledgeable and very kind. Will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend.

Update - We have returned to Novak's for a new zero turn. Josh - Sales - was very informative. Offered many options in product and financing. He was never pushy either. We agreed on a product and he set us up for delivery. Tony - Delivery - Was very professional and made sure we didn't have any questions on the product before he left. Again, I highly recommend this company and the team of employees they have.

Just got our Cub Cadet mower back from repair. We are so happy! Novak's was easy to work with & they exceeded our expectations! Not only did they fix the broken belt, they looked at the entire mower & did maintenance. They picked up & dropped off for a fee, ok by us! Couldn't be happier & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently acquired a dump trailer from Novak's Supply & Equipment, and am very satisfied with the overall transaction. The product is fantastic, and their customer service is even better. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Josh was very helpful on describing the differences between trailer types and specs. I bought a trailer from these guys back in October 2018.
I decided to meander in one day, not planing on buying a trailer that day... the sales reps were busy and this guy walks up and starts in on a conversation. You would’ve thought he was just another customer. Super cool guy. Turns out he was one of the yard workers and he was just making my wait less awkward. When one of the reps was available we talked trailers, decided on a “last years model” for $1300 off sticker price. The original guy I talked to was already out there inspecting, greasing, and checking all the bolts on my trailer. I met him in the yard and he went over the functions of my trailer (hydraulic tilt deck). Overall my experience was beyond satisfactory, great payment options, and a happy new customer. I wish I could remember the two gentleman’s names because you hardly ever get that kind of service at equipment and supply stores.

great place to go if you like surprises. I had my mower picked up for repair, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, np, i figured it was the busy time of year. When I called to see how progress was, they said we are just wrapping up and it will be $784. When I said nobody called with an estimate or to get authorization they said, " I figured you wanted it fixed" When I said I don't have $784 he told me "put it on your credit card, I can take that right over the phone"
Surprise!!! Oh yeah, they also don't tell you it's $125 for them to pick up and deliver.
