Was looking for a tractor that will do what I need to do. Was looking at one but the helpful sales person showed me a better tractor that will do it all at a fair price. They also have ATVs and all sizes of tractors and lawn equipment. Very helpful sales staff.

I called at 1:45 to ask if a part was in stock, which it was. I said I would be there in 20 minutes to pick it up. They told me no problem. I get there at 2:05, exactly 20 minutes from when I called and no one is there because they closed at 2. They could have just told me that on the phone so I didn’t waste an hour driving there and back for no reason.

My initial purchase experience was great and informative with Jeff & Jay.
Recent - Poor attitude from a Dave on my repeated request for fuel tank recall service. Was told we can’t help you, we can’t get parts and we’re switching over to tractors and ATV service, call back in fall, I don’t know what to tell you. I understand the recall is frustrating and resources are limited, but an alternate suggestion or vin check would have been appreciated.
I called a dealer in Richmond ( non sale dealer) they ran the vin and said we can get those particular kits, bring it in tomorrow. Done in three days and I gladly upsold for a spring tune up.

We dealt with Jeff and he made everything real easy and guick. He seem to know about the machine also. Plus he didn't seem pushy and I really like that. I will be doing business there for now on.
