Between Dec 2020 & April 2021, I have ordered three times. None of the products were old/off-smelling/inferior. When one product was not available, a refund was issued promptly. Customer service has been readily available and responsive, by phone and electronically. Each product received is high-quality. The extensive variety of products, and informative descriptions offered, add to the value of Spice Jungle, for me.

I always order their Ground Vietnamese Cinnamon. By mistake I ordered from another company, I was very disappointed. Spice Jungle Vietnamese cinnamon is the best. Spicy flavor, a little heat and is very flavorful in baked goods. Kids love it in pancakes and cold cereal. Always receive my order within 2/3 days.

The price wasn't bad, and I was ordering things not carried in every supermarket's spice section. Delivery was prompt; but I have to agree with another reviewer, in that the herbs I ordered smelled old and bland. Not likely to order from them again. I have one more thing I got from them; I'm hoping the experience with that spice will be better. Spices usually hold flavor better than herbs, so I haven't given up entirely. They may not be selling their stuff as fast as they wanted to so that perhaps there's a backup in inventory that means buyers are getting older stuff.

BE AWARE!!! HEALTH HAZARD.
Company sells molded mushrooms and do not even remotely take responsibility for their product. Packaging does not have expiration date or consume by date. Their refund policy is only 30 days!! THAT should be an ALERT!! So anything you by make sure, you consume with 30 days!
Molded mushrooms are health hazard! BE AWARE! Find another company.

I've purchased from them for years because they have a large variety & I like the free shipping. Spices have gone downhill in recent years (bland, flavorless - seemingly very old?). If you have a problem with your order, they practically fight you tooth and nail about it. I was given the wrong product & it took 6 weeks to get the correct item. They only responded when I filed a dispute with Paypal. My other issue: I always order their sage peppercorn seasoning. A recent batch was bitter and VERY off. They replied to my email once wanting pictures of the spice & then have ghosted me for the last 2 months.

I always order between 5-15lb of a specific season from spice Jungle but this time around I decided to order 25lb. Unfortunately the $25 came smelling like mint and also tastes like mint. I called to report the problem since I'm running a restaurant and it's affecting the taste and our standard. It's been almost a month and nothing is being done about it. I've been ordering from this company for over two years and I'm not happy how they handled this situation.

Very slow shipping. Ordered last week and never received an shipping email. When i called they told me it shipped out today. According to the tracking number they gave the label was just created. Now i am going to miss my deadline. Needless to say that i will not me purchasing anything else from them.
