I started a ketogenic diet a few years ago and was looking for a natural, organic clarified butter. Found Nan's Butter Factory at the Rochester Farmer's Market and I'm in love with all their flavors. Vanilla in my "Bullet Proof Coffee", I use garlic for my steaks and rosemary for my eggs. I'm in love with this company and their products. It makes breakfast taste amazing, it has such a high smoke points and I love the quality and health benefits.
