3-12-25 driver in unit #39 threw trash out the window while driving around 10:15am

First off overnight parking in the back, appt time was 6am, they had me unloaded by 2, wasn't expecting any knock on door but they were there at midnight. 160$ lumper which isn't to bad. Fast unload, and my trlr wasn't destroyed after they were done.

Great Great people.
They actually care about us drivers, even though THEY are our customers.
Last time I was here they lost power in a storm & the guy was so apologetic & super nice.
I'm actually set to deliver to them in a couple days. Can't wait to be treated like a driver instead of an animal.
Btw... 4 stars
They allow over night parking but no facilities available when they leave.

Yes you can park here overnight. There is a driveway entrance you can park in and if that's full park in the lot. They prefer you not dock unless you are a dedicated company as half the time you are in the wrong door and causes issues as the lot is relatively small.

Unload times are about 1.5hrs which isn't bad as they have to count EVERYTHING. Great people who work here.

11 am appointment arrived at 9 gave me a door right away. Then waited till 11 to unload. Then at 11:40 came out $100 lumper. Then 12:30 came back to get chk. Then 1 finally leaving.

Park out back they show up around 4 am at least on weekends. I did get the jerk guy one time, trying to give me grief for parking out back. To put it kindly I told him to get bent I come here all the time I don't need to hear it.

Apparently there is no parking in the back here like others have said, pulled in at 2:15am, stopped at the receiving office, couldn’t go in but had a number to call, called the number and no answer. Drove around back to park as previous reviews have said, first time here, proceeded to get yelled at by the receiver for pulling around back, told that all of us need to stop just doing what we want, that we are to stay at the front check in office until checked in no matter how long we sit there! So he has my paperwork 2:25am for my 4am appointment, let’s see how this goes, docks were all full and one waiting in front of me when I got here. So far I am not impressed with this place, let’s wait and see how long all this takes.

Our lumper fee was $120. Not too bad considering the trailer was nearly full. Easy docks. Pull up to Stop sign in driveway, then go to office to check in. Somebody came out to assign the dock and announce the lumper fee.
