I have been blessed to be eating this bread for many years now, and I can confidently say this is the best bread in Michigan, hands down! The Italian 2lb loaf is the absolute most perfectly crispened outside and softest most fluffy and flavorful inside. It is so good, words cannot describe!
The classic Italian, Italian sourdough, focaccia, and bread sticks are all perfection! The hand made grissini is out of this world...

If you thought that was all... Mamma Rita's also offers frozen take and bake lasagna, cannelloni pasta and other meals made with fresh and handmade ingredients. I HIGHLY recommend the catering as well. They can accommodate every event and size and the food is always blowing my mind!

I get their bread at Trentwood Market in Southgate, best bread in the store and they can't keep the shelves stocked! Delivery guy comes in twice weekly now. Super fresh, great crusty Italian bread, the sourdough is excellent, too.

The lasagna from Mamma Rita's is hands down the BEST lasagna my family said they have ever eaten anywhere.
So light, but still so flavorful with the perfect amount of meat, cheese and sauce. If you haven't tried this yet you need to treat yourself! I am excited to try her other take and bakes!

Mamma Rita's catered our daughter's high school grad party and everything was wonderful. The food was delicious - penne with marinara, the alfredo, meatballs, chicken picatta, Italian sausage, bread sticks, and bread. All were so good we got rave reviews from most of our guests. Christina was a perfect ambassador for the event, kept everything stocked, and everyone happy. Book Mamma Rita's for your next party! You won't regret it.
