I'm highly upset because they are selling and misrepresenting the consumer falsely by stating that it is the original product from the distributor. When in fact the products from the distributor are being repackaged with what I say allegedly is for example, "SHANGO" product from the distributor and mixed with AZO (Trimmings) and whatever in-house cannabis marijuana.
I have very many reasons that I can point out that is wrong to the recreational consumer, but most importantly the medical consumers who depend on it.
1. There should be certain procedures and policies put in place to protecting the consumer.
2. The ability to visually see the actual product that we will purchase & physically take home.
At the dispensary level we should have that ability.
3. Dispensaries have too much power and have the ability to sell what they please with no fines consequences or limits, and when the consumer does have a problem bottom line they are screwed. There is nobody governing over policies, laws, limits & the protection and rights of the consumer.
Today's Friday November 15th my son went in and made a purchase and on the menu it says Arizona organic shake and it has shango shake I know personally that Arizona organic shake are trimmings, they are not mature bud that have not reached the THC level therefore if they're putting it in a package and they're labeling it as shake with whatever THC level it is that's all a lie because if it didn't reach bud level how could it reach the THC level it didn't if it's just a leaf.
So I know better so I ordered shango shake because I know Shango products. I bought it numerous times and it comes in a white, yellow and green package directly from shango and it's grinded up. For thinking that I'm getting Shango shake can't wait to get home and smoke little to my surprise I get home open the package and I'm blown away. What I see are nothing but trimmings and there's a few little pieces of bud in there shango shake doesn't have any pieces of bud in there nor do they have leaves. I was kind of puzzled because when I got home and open the bag from the dispensary the marijuana was in a white bag and not the regular Shango bag.
I don't doubt they probably put a little bit of shango shake in there but the rest has to be trim and a bunch of junk that they had left over and they repackaged all this and claiming it to be shango product.
I called to speak to the manager who was Connor he asked asked how he could help me I then began to tell him what the situation was he cut me off started talking over me and told me that all sales were final. I then proceeded to tell him that this is not right and that we are being full product that is being falsely labeled & repackaged & sold as other product and being sold under that label. Connor with his very unprofessional arrogant attitude then proceeded to try and school me about the shake maturity level of marijuana and totally does not know what he's talking about, everything that he stated was wrong. I don't understand how you can be at management level in a marijuana industry and you haven't one clue about cultivating or the background of marijuana. I stated to Connor I don't want my money back but I do want what I paid for, Connor then proceeded to tell me that I don't have any idea what the hell I'm talking about and hung up on me. Right before his last statement & the hang up, I did warn him that I was going to go live with this situation and that I was going to make sure to contact Shango distributor and let them know what is going on. Im 1,000% loyal to shango they have an amazing products, the flower is outstanding, the fact that they are mixing & repackaging the product it's not fair to the distributing company and could typically harm their superb reputation of having been voted number one in this industry. I will contact Shango. AZO has yet to call me back or resolve this situation.

I will start by saying that everyone was very helpful. I purchased what I thought (and likely what the salesperson that kindly helped me thought) was a live resin disposable vape. As soon as I hit it, I knew it was distillate and not live resin. Upon further inspection of the packaging, it said on the back “distilled cannabis oil and terpenes”. This product is being sold as live resin and it is not. It is a blend of distillate and likely Cannabis Derived Terpenes (CDT) allowing the label “live resin”. I fear the employees DON’T know what they are selling because of misleading labels. I spoke to the manager, Connor (Knowledgeable and Professional) he mentioned that this was an industry standard. I hope not.
The employees on the floor are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable but the products are mislabeled so they are equipped with BAD INFORMATION. I hope the market corrects this. Thank you to all the staff and thank you for the 10% off offer but I don’t trust this place anymore. I wish this location wasn’t just some fancy lights.
This is a total loss for me I’m tossing the vape. I have NO FAITH in what I just inhaled.

I've been to a lot of the dispensaries around Phoenix and I have to say that this Arizona organix location is amazing. It Looks amazing on the inside and the staff is kind, quick, and knowledgeable. The new customer system let's you get "bogo" on certain items for the first 5 times you buy.

I had a mess up on deals and didn’t receive a product I paid for so after being unable to reach by phone the rest of the day I came back the next day to get the product I was missing even willing to just pay for it. Lourdes was amazing at helping so friendly and sweet! I think the managers name was Mason and he was very kind and made it right for me! I appreciate them so much! They were so kind and understanding in a bad situation!! 11/10 on service! Thank you guys! It’s people like you that make a business stand out !

Rewards program is terrible. At least 5x I used my rewards for a free joint. Then one day I walk in to redeem points and they tell me I have to make a purchase to use them and then they say it’s always been that way, which it wasn’t. Then they told me first responders get 22% discount and the next time I come in they tell me it was reduced to 10%. Now you can’t even see the products you want to redeem points for, you have to ask the budtender. I used to enjoy coming here but recent changes have made it not worth going to

This was terrible experience.. they email me discounts and member deals that I can’t even use. I download thier app to get the “membership rewards” they promise and drive 12 miles to find out that I cannot even use them after being rewarded. Hmmm bait and switch!? Once I get my 5 visits I’m gone.
