First time at Katie's Downtown today. The service was excellent. They have serval ladies running food, making coffee, and taking orders; they were all lovely, kind, and had wonderful customer service. I didn't really care for my "What the Fig" sandwich. The bacon was under cooked and I felt the fig jam took over the whole dish. I did order a vanilla latte and it was pretty good. I did however absolutely loved the heart sticker they placed on my togo cup to prevent it from spilling. It was a very nice touch. Over all the atmosphere is adorable and I will go back to try other dishes; they have lots of options to choose from. They were very busy at lunch time and obviously have regular customers who enjoy going to Kate's. They also had an assortment of cookies with some vegan options I would like to try as well.

Kate’s is a hidden gem in downtown Port Huron. You walk in and are warmly welcomed instantly! It doesn’t take many trips before you feel like Family! ♥️ The fresh original made from scratch soups and salads are the best around. I love to pair with a dirty chai ☕️ Best Brunch in town!

A cozy place for breakfast and lunch, a nice variety of coffee and other beverages, my sandwich, a chicken salad on cranberry walnut bread tasted very good, would have been better if the bread wasn't dry and crumbly. I had their jasmine tea, it was black, strong but not very hot. Service was a bit slow, but very attentive. Yes it was a good experience and I will return on a future visit to Michigan.

Amazing atmosphere !! The staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful, the wait wasn’t long, menu is short but has perfect amount of options. Healthy options, but appetizing. Loved it. Clean and going by COVID regs. Hands down one of the best lil hot spots in a downtown area.

My only complaint is it's kinda pricey. However, they have great food. But I only go once in a while. I have never had anything bad. Service is usually great. And they offer certain dietary restrictions, which is great!! The soup is delicious.

Very nice place. I was there for a baby shower event. The food was great. The meatballs were really good. The service was excellent.
