We had such a great time at Creatopia! They had a fantastic selection of pottery to choose from, mugs, plates, vases, planters, figures, and holiday-themed items. The variety of paint colors, stencils, and tools made it easy to get creative.

We made a reservation the day before, which I'm glad we did as it was pretty busy when we arrived. The staff was friendly and happy to answer our questions. I definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful time! I went in not really knowing the process and the workers were super helpful with tips of the trade. It was an expensive price for a mug but not more than 25$. Seemed worth it.

Very nice place. There are lots of bisque items to choose from. Prices are reasonable, with many items under $10. Good selection to choose from. I did a walk-in & they never said I had a time limit or anything & helped with all of my questions. I will definitely return.
NOTE: One of my pieces got chipped in firing. They kindly offered to repair it, refire it & also gave me a credit to return in the future. 🙂

I've always had pleasant experiences when I've been there, but it's hard to get thru via phone even during store opening hours. And the website is out-of-date and includes wrong open hours (which I learned the hard way by arriving a hour before it actually opened) and old event calendars. I mentioned this to an employee a couple months ago and it still hasn't been updated.

Good place to paint some pottery. There’s a wide variety of options and objects to choose from, so you can find something at any price point. Lots of glaze colors too. There’s plenty of seating and the costs are low to use the space. We booked a group for a bachelorette party. The staff could have been a little more helpful when we were there.

Such a fun place to go! We just had our daughter's birthday party there, and it was such a nice change from the bounce house type places that are always so chaotic. Instead of video games and trampolines the kids had a creative outlet for the party. They have things for kids and adults to paint. It was also very reasonably priced! We will 100% be back.

Who I assume was the manager in there today is the rudest store employee that I have ever encountered. She was clearly stressed and couldn’t handle it. We were there at 3:29 with multiple tables set for 5:30 and told it was too close to 2 hours so they couldn’t take us. Another sweet employee tried to help but it was no use. I’ll never be back and will throw our gift card in the trash. You’ve lost customers for life.
