I try to be understanding of places that are short staffed or extremely busy but service that is rude and unprofessional even when I am respectful and polite is uncalled for. We have had numerous issues with this location but tonight was the best. We ordered milkshakes and parked in a stall and waited. When it came out we noticed one was missing. As I went to check the order she crumpled up our receipt and walked away without waiting for me to see what we were missing. We ended up in the drive thru and the missing one wasn’t even made. Thankfully the gentleman at the window was kind and respectful and made it quickly for us. Unfortunately the less than good service is tolerated due to us living in a small town. Excuses are made and service is usually poor.

This Sonic staff try so hard to accommodate that my heart goes out to them! They are so accommodating! My hubs gets so frustrated because it is so difficult to hear using the order and screen that the staff invariably com to our vehicle to obtain the order. We continue to seek service because it wasn't always this way, the food tastes good, and the staff are so kind to us two old folks. Thanks, guys & gals!

Waited and waited to be served. Could hear the man at the drive through window fighting with a customer. Left after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to take my order.
For their prices you would

figure they would have better service. It's a Saturday night at 8:00 and there was only one other car parked and two cars in drive thru.
Sonic sure has taken a turn for the worst.

You need better staff to manage time there. I waited in a line for 20 minutes and then at the speaker for 8 until I dove away. You've lost my business fully.

They were super nice since I wasn't sure of the name of the drink I wanted. Super good food and fresh! Got me and my family back on them slushies & new pickle fries!

Another company crossed off the list. They charged me a dollar to add pickles and onions to a burger? You didn’t reimburse me for the lettuce you took off of mine or the pickles you took off the other burger. Done with thieves totally good bye sonic.

Literally late to work every single time I have to order from here. Doesn’t matter how far in advance I order, I’m still stuck sitting on the parking lot waiting for nearly an hour. Every. Single. Time. Worst part is, it’s always nearly empty!!

Been to this sonic a few times and the food is NEVER fresh. Went again tonight with my daughter to give it another chance. Ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken and it was still pink in the middle of the larger pieces.. disappointed every time I will not be returning. I love sonic but this is the worst one I’ve been too.
