Caution to all potential customers: I have consistently encountered issues with my orders from this company. Despite numerous purchases, every transaction has had a problem. Most recently, they even reversed a promised refund, effectively canceling it—raising concerns about the integrity of their business practices. I am currently discussing this matter with my bank and legal counsel. While the amount in question may be small, as consumers, our expectations for reliable service are justifiably high. Additionally, their communications have been unprofessional, often including last-minute emails filled with personal drama and excuses, which I find inappropriate and distressing.
