Natalie and her staff are amazing!! We recently suffered a house fire and because we followed her knowledge and guidance over the years (while not the cheapest) we are able to completely restore our home and replace all our property that was damaged. Every vendor we work with says great job on insuring your home and property properly. So thank you Natalie for making sure our home was properly insured, not just writing the cheapest policy to make a sale. It just shows how much you care about your clients best interest.

Canceled my policy for effective date of 12/27/24. Proceeded to take the money out of my account on 12/28/24 when I called on 12/23/24 to notify them like my other insurance company told me to due to being after hours. Add into it all if you have someone else on your policy that does not have health insurance they will not allow you to opt out of your health insurance thing through them. So paying 400 a month is not worth it through State Farm. They also like to take your money out of your account after policies are canceled and not send out your statement if it changes. So if you want over charged insurance and have all the money to she’d to them then do it but some of us live check to check. Good luck!

Completely impressed! As a decades-long State Farm customer fed up with increasing rates and generic service, I called the office with the intent to cancel. Do not use this company. They lost a picture of my sons license (which I have proof we sent) and canceled my insurance without telling me. I drove the last 6 months without insurance!!!! Never received a notice at all!!! I will be contacting the AG, filing a complaint with DIFS, as well the BBB. After stating they didn't have proof I sent them my sons license, and I found it myself, they then say they found it. Again, NEVER NOTIFIED ME THEY CANCELED MY INSURANCE FOR THEIR MISTAKE. NO APLOLGY, SHE WOULDNT EVEN TAKE MY CALL!!! Stay away!!
