I arrived at the guard house. The guard showed us the number to call to. Very nice person and very helpful. I had to go up the road just a little ways to their other storage facility and call the number to sign in and sat until the call back with a door. They have truck parking, Porta potty if needed, and a big dumpster if u need to throw trash away. I got a door right away and went back to the other facility to the door. I took the paperwork to a door at number 52, signed a paper, and they gave me my POD right on the spot and said, "When light turns green, I was free to go. I am super impressed with how fast, friendly, and helpful everyone was. The whole process to about an hour. I would definitely bring more loads back. Thanks for the great experience. You made my day a whole lot easier.

My apt was setup for 6am,roll in at 10pm 8hrs beffore my apt,check in by security guard was coll dude.Drive arround the building at shipping office by doors 15 and 16,walk in there got check in by very nice lady,she even ask me if I want to get unloaded now or tomorrow I said now why wait tomorrow 😁😁.So anyway,in and out in maybe hour and half even less. Great people, great place too delivered they even have overnight parking .

Arrived at 11:45 for 12:00 appointment. Gave me a door right away. Paperwork ready at 13:33. Overnight parking is available. Porta pottys outside

Very nice folks to deal with. The guard was the best at explaining everything very precisely. He'll give you the shipping office number to call and check in. There is a staging area/ over nite parking at the end of the road just beside the last Gordon's building... the guard will direct you to park there.
My appointment was for noon...I arrived at 1000...I was called to a door around 1100...Iwas on my way a little after 1200.
For my load, there was a lumper fee via Capstone... a little over $300.00 for 23 pallets.
There's plenty of room to dock easily.

Avoid coming here to deliver especially if you have a full truck load. Been here over 4hrs getting unloaded. Should not take 4 hrs to unload and count items on the pallet. They need to come up with a better way. Not fair to the drivers that don't get paid by the hr. This kills our clock which in return kills revenue for the day. 5 hrs at a reciever is ridiculous!! Will never come back

They are very disrespectful people specially lady work in receive office
They don’t care about your time not even talk you like adults she has attitude without no reason. I don’t know why they hired person like this lady. I was in duck 7: and half hours.
When I asked her why take to so long unloaded my trailer she almost fight me.

Leave it to GFS to take what's supposed to be a quick drop and hook and turn it into over an hour long process because the people in receiving can't be bothered to do the job they were hired to do. Not only a problem at this location, but every single GFS I go to.

I have delivered here 5 times so far and every time I have been unloaded, paid lumper, and recieved paper work and out door within hour and half. They have always been fast and courteous. The reviews had me a little nervous but my experience has never been bad so I'm wondering if some of these reviews was the fault of person delivering, maybe you didn't have your paperwork correct or didn't provide correct PO number cause 5 out of 5 I have been here under 2 hours total. The staff has always been very nice.
