Such an amazing spot to grab lunch! Today was our first time in and we were thoroughly impressed, both by the large sandwich menu and other treats, but also with the great service! Their soups were really good and went well with their massive ruben sandwich that we ordered. I also had a slice of cherry pie for Pi Day, and it was everything I needed! All in all, highly impressed and highly recommend!

For many years in business travel, I sought delicatessens around the country that could rival Cormack's quality, variety and creativity. Some came close, but Cormack's is the best! And the family that runs it are kind, friendly, and hard-working. This place is highly recommended! In fact, I think I'll go there today.

I always have to stop here every time I pass through Petoskey, i just love this place. Always delicious and fresh food. The sandwiches are huge, so i usually split them. This time we got Brads Best Bet corned beef sandwich and minestrone soup. Both were delicious!!

Area standard! Wonderful soups, sandwiches, and desserts served deli-style. Hours are 11-4 weekdays only, so plan accordingly. We had the cream of broccoli soup, chicken noodle soup, and the Cuban sandwich. Soup was great and it was easily the best sandwich I've had in a very long time! This is a very popular place, so leave yourself time to wait in line.

Terrible hours. Inconvenient to anyone who actually has a job. Weekdays only open until 4pm Saturdays and Sundays they are closed all day, as a blue collar worker my days rarely end before 4pm. I got off early today and when I got there at 3:25 everything was shut down and all they could offer was a small part of their menu. so as a local this is just over all disappointing. I didn’t order anything as I was frustrated with them closing down half the kitchen very early.

Very good sandwiches and tons to choose from. It's an order window so service is not an issue. It's a good size clean place but, the parking is a little odd especially if you need a handicap space. It's also a quality product so you will pay more.
