Bought a tractor may of 2024. Kioti ck3520hse, with tiller. Mainly worked with Bob throughout the entire process while purchasing. All my questions were answered quickly and I felt confident this was the right dealer to buy from. Almost a year later and the Kioti is still running great with close to 100 hours on it. When I email or call about questions or concerns, Bob still answers them right away. A+ place to work with. If you’re looking for a Kioti, Michigan Iron and Equipment LLC is your dealer. Their customer service is top notch.

I am extremely pleased with the service and price from Michigan Iron and Equipment on my CK 3520. I was referred to them, but still checked pricing from other dealers, they were the lowest. More importantly, their service was even better. Bob answered all of my questions in great detail and did not pressure or try to "sell me" on anything. He sincerely wanted to help me make the right decision on which unit was right for me. I'm also pretty picky with things and had a concern after the sale, Bob went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend him and Denise, they are good people and take pride in what they do.

Great People!! Very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend. Bob did a lot of work on my tractor. One of the parts he installed failed (not his fault), a year later, but was outside the 90 day window of warranty on parts. Bob didn't feel it was right and ended up doing the right thing, on which he lost money. Cant say enough good thing about these people.

I am a first time tractor owner. Bob and Denise have been fantastic since the very beginning. When I was visiting dealerships to see what they had on the lot, cost, size of tractors, etc… they never made me feel like my dumb questions were dumb. They simply guided me to the right size tractor and cautioned me out of some implements, boy am I glad they did. After the purchase, they have helped me out with very minor warranty repairs quickly and efficiently. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what any other dealer would have. They have a customer for life. I won’t consider another brand, unless they change brands of tractor they carry. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic. I shopped every tractor dealer and brand within an hour, and couldn't have been happier with my experience here.
